I trained with The Couples Counselling Network and work with couples to explore their relationship.

 

Although this is normally thought of for romantic couples it can also apply to other dynamics, this includes other family members or close friendships.

 

Each session is one hour long and during this time both couples are supported and encouraged to be open and honest around their concerns and feelings.

 

As a couples counsellor I will support you both to explore your relationship and work out a healthy way forward.​

This can be one session although my experience shows that on average three sessions work best.
