About me

I'm a psychotherapist with nearly 20 years experience of counselling.  Level 5 trained and accredited with the BACP. I work in private practice and have worked within an organisation for many years

supporting people with issues including trauma, addiction and self harm.

I use an Integrative approach building

from a Humanistic base incorporating

psychodynamic, CBT and person centred

therapy when I am working with you.
